Founding partner of Dinis Lucas & Almeida Santos – Law Firm, R.L.
Holds a Law degree from the University of Coimbra (1985) and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.

He served as an Assistant Professor at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, teaching in the Law Program.
He has participated in numerous national and international conferences on Commercial and International Law.

With vast experience in the international field (DLAS–DAI), he advises and represents clients in offices located in Lisbon, São Paulo, and Luanda.
